The short version

Your invoice never leaves your device. There is no account, no database and no server that receives what you type. Everything below is detail on that, plus an honest account of the third parties involved in serving the page itself.

What we do not collect

We do not collect, transmit or store your invoice contents, your business details, your client details, your logo, or any amounts. There is nowhere for that data to go — the builder is JavaScript running in your browser, and it makes no requests carrying your information.

What is stored on your own device

So your work is still there when you come back, the current invoice draft is saved in your browser's local storage. This is a store on your own computer or phone. It is not transmitted anywhere and is not readable by this site's operators or any other website.

Clearing your browser data, or using private browsing, removes it. Download the PDF for anything you need to keep. Pressing New deletes the saved draft immediately.

A logo you add is read locally and embedded into the page as data. It is not uploaded.

Advertising

This site is free and is supported by advertising. Where ads are shown, the advertising provider may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure performance and to show more relevant ads. That processing is the provider's, governed by their policies, and it operates on the page itself — it has no access to your invoice contents, which never leave your browser.

You can control ad personalisation through your browser settings and, for Google, through My Ad Center.

Hosting

The site is served by a commercial web host, which — like every web server — records standard request logs such as IP address, timestamp and page requested. These logs are for operating and securing the service. Our host may also inject its own performance-monitoring script into pages.

Offline use

A service worker stores the site's files on your device so the builder keeps working without a connection. This caches the site itself, never your invoice data.

Children

This is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or delete. Data on your device is under your control and can be removed by clearing your browser storage.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top.
