What this is

Instant Invoice Builder is a free tool for producing invoice documents in your browser. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes, including invoicing your own clients, at no cost and with no account.

Not professional advice

The guidance on this site — on invoicing practice, payment terms, tax lines and what an invoice should contain — is general information, not legal, accounting or tax advice. Invoicing and tax requirements vary by country, state and circumstance, and they change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost income, unpaid or disputed invoices, incorrect tax treatment, or lost data. Since your invoices are stored only in your browser, losing that storage means losing unsaved drafts — keep your own copies by downloading the PDF.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents, to impersonate another business, or to attempt to disrupt the service or the systems it runs on.

Intellectual property

The site's design, code and written content belong to their author. The invoices you create are entirely yours — we have no rights over them and, since they never reach us, no copy of them.

Advertising

The site is supported by advertising. Advertisements are not endorsements, and any transaction with an advertiser is between you and them.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
